This course offers a safe and compassionate space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with God through Scripture, prayer, and guided reflection. Each lesson is designed to remind you that you are not alone. Through Bible verses, spiritual encouragement, prayer, and simple activities, you will be guided toward peace, hope, and inner strength—one step at a time. This course is self-paced and pressure-free. You are encouraged to move at your own comfort level, share only what feels safe, and rest in God’s presence as you walk toward healing.

Course Curriculum

Lesson 1: You Are Not Alone

  1. Bible Verse: Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Reflection: Even in moments of sadness, anxiety, or fear, God is present. You are not walking alone. His love surrounds you and strengthens you in every step.
